MAUSOLEUM RECORDS are proud to announce the worldwide signing of RISE TO ADDICTION, the rising UK heavy rockers hailing from Sheffield. The bands debut studio album "A NEW SHADE OF BLACK FOR THE SOUL", produced by ANDY SNEAP (Machine Head, Killswitch Engage, Trivium, Megadeth etc) is scheduled for a May 2007 release.

Commenting on the signing RISE TO ADDICTION vocalist LEIGH OATES said, "We wanted to go with a label that really understands the Metal market, and Mausoleum have such a great track record". RISE TO ADDICTION, whose music is described as a distinctive modern sound with melody and slab heavy riffing, released their self-titled EP also produced by ANDY SNEAP in 2005, bringing the band media and label attention.
